Despite the suspension of 18 of their players, the Labasa soccer team is expected to take many of their star players to the Pacific Cup at the end of this month.
Secretary Nilesh Lal confirmed to Fijivillage that players who are under suspension are cleared to play as there are provisions in the suspended sentence given by Fiji FA.
These players were suspended after they threatened to boycott their final Courts IDC pool match against Nadroga and demanded money.
Lal added they are also trying to secure the services of star striker Roy Krishna to bolster their campaign in Auckland.
Labasa is in Group B with Nadi, Waitakere United and Newzealand Nasinu.
The Pacific Cup tournament is scheduled to be played on the 20th to 24th of this month.
