From assisting flood affected victims to building homes for the affected, 25 qualified people graduated from the Leadership Fiji 2012 program last night.
Leadership Fiji is aimed specifically at assisting emerging young leaders to cope with the demands of the ever changing world so that Fiji reaches its full potential in the widest sense.
Chief guest, the chairman of the Constitution Commission, Professor Yash Ghai while sharing his experience during the making of the Kenyan constitution, highlighted the need for leaders who are committed.
Some of the projects that the 2012 Leadership Fiji graduates undertook were fundraising money to assist the flood affected students in the Western Division and they assisted Habitat for Humanity to build two houses in Vatukarasa near Sigatoka for flood victims.
The 25 graduates also assisted Navatu Primary School in terms of water supply.
