The Fiji Rugby Union is confident that new High Performance Unit Manager Mike Ryan will deliver the wealth of experience he has.
FRU CEO Manasa Baravilala said that Ryan was instrumental in the setting up of the first HPU in Wellington and implementing the 14 HPU's in New Zealand on behalf of the New Zealand rugby union.
Baravila added that FRU will not have to worry about Ryan's salary.
Ryan is expected to start at the end of this month.
