11 passengers have ended up in hospital as a result of their 14 year old driver losing control of the vehicle they were in, on Bucalaevu Road, Ra on Tuesday.
Since the accident two passengers a 16 and 18 year old are still admitted at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital while the other passengers have since been treated and sent home.
Police are now investigating how the 14 year old was allowed to drive and they are likely to charge the owner of the vehicle, if the person is found to have given the vehicle with consent.
