Fiji Soccer is now ranked 168th in the FIFA World Ranking compared to the previous 167th spot in October.
Meanwhile, England has dropped to sixth place, with Euro 2012 runners up Italy replacing them in the top five.
Spain remain top of the list after winning Euro 2012 - their third major international trophy in succession - and Germany are second.
Argentina and Portugal make up the rest of the top five teams, coming in third and fourth respectively.
