Annual Performance Assessment for nurses

Nurses can look forward to a new system of remuneration next year called the Annual Performance Assessment which will allow nurses to be rewarded for their efforts based on commitment and utmost performance.

According to the Health Minister Dr Neil Sharma, bonuses and overseas attachments for up skilling and training are also efforts being put in place to reward nurses and improve patient care in the nursing profession.
