Former national netball player in court

A former national netball player appeared in court today charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

Seruwaia Vonolagi, on 7th October last year allegedly assaulted Penaia Raiyalo at Namuka Street, Samabula.

Vonolagi and her lawyer are still waiting for disclosures to be served to them.

Magistrate Yohan Liyange has adjourned the case to the 28th of this month.
