Concerns have been raised by parents, fans and teachers on what happened at Prince Charles Park on Saturday.
The lights went out during the Coke Zero Deans under 18 semifinal between Assemblies of God High and Queen Victoria School with five minutes from full time and QVS was leading 10-5.
Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union President Paula Motu said they understand the concerns and they are still awaiting a written explanation from the Nadi Town Council.
Motu said they didn't expect that to happen and they were not ready for it.
Motu also said they will try to meet the costs incurred by the schools.
The Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Association executives will meet later today and decide on the venue of the under 18 semifinals and the finals.
Meanwhile four finals have been confirmed.
In the under 14 Marist will take on Grammar and in the under 15 Marist will face Lelean.
Ratu Navula meet QVS in the under 16 while in the under 17 Ratu Navula will tackle RSMS.
