The Red Rock sevens team defied all odds as they beat a much fancied Wardens Green 21-17 in the Great 8 sevens final yesterday.
The Lote Rasiga coached side defeated Police 12-10 in the semifinal while Wardens Green beat Hydro 21-0 to book a place in the final.
Meanwhile, in the third place play-off, Hydro went on to claim the 3rd spot after the team beat Police 19-14.
