Two thousand needy students around the country will be given educational assistance this year.
Save the Children Fiji Chief Executive Officer Chandra Shekar said they are now in the process of identifying two thousand students who are the poorest of the poor in all divisions of the country.
He said this will also include those poor students who were badly affected by the recent Tropical cyclone.
The New school year begins on 21st of this month.
