Two men will be appearing in the Nasinu Magistrates Court this morning for the alleged abduction and rape of two minors.
The two men are aged 31 and 21 years of age.
It is alleged that the incident took place between New Years Eve and New Years day during a drinking party involving two girls aged 14 and 15 years.
The 31-year-old is alleged to have made plans with the two minors to meet at a house whereby the 21-year-old accused joined them where they consumed a carton of beer after which the alleged incident took place.
Police say it is a concern that the two minors were caught in such a situation whereby they were exposed in a drinking environment with people they had just met and are appealing to parents and guardians to monitor their children’s whereabouts.
