Fiji U19 Basketball teams win bronze

The Fiji Under 19 women and men's basketball team both secured bronze medal in the Pacific Youth Basketball Championship after both teams defeated Guam in the bronze medal playoff.

The men's won by 70-65 while the women also beat Guam 73-55.

Meanwhile Australia won both the gold medal match. In the Women’s division, they beat New Zealand 67-49 while in the men’s division the Aussies beat New Zealand 66-49.
