More Police Patrols For Festive Season
The Fiji Police Force has today revealed that officers from the Ready Action Force will be out camping in villages and settlements in an effort to decrease crime rate during the festive season.

Deputy Director Operations SP Erami Raibe has confirmed that from this morning, manpower at all the stations and police posts has been strengthened and officers have been out patrolling in various areas.

When questioned about the presence of officers in front of the Interim Attorney General's house, SP Raibe replied that officers are there not to provide security to the Interim AG but are there for the people of Tamavua.

He added people will see similar tents being set up in various areas.
